Terms and conditions of use

2 - Terms and Conditions of Use / Sale 

2.1 - Orders must be placed in the online store at www.inoveipro.pt, always under the responsibility of the customer, registration in the online store is free as is its use; 

2.2 - To place an order, the user must register in the online store www.inoveipro.pt by filling in the following fields: name, address, delivery address, telephone contact, email. It is always the customer's responsibility to fill in the data. INOVEI – INOVAÇÃO ECONOMATO E INFORMÁTICA, LDA is not responsible if the data is not filled in correctly; 

2.3 - If the user is already registered, simply enter the username and chosen password to start the purchase; 

2.4 - To make a purchase, the user must select the desired items and add them to the shopping cart; 

2.5 - To finalize the purchase, the user must check that all the data entered is correct, they must check the shopping cart before finalizing the order and if they wish to make any changes (remove items / change quantities / …) it is possible to do so at any time of purchase in the same shopping cart. It is the customer's responsibility to check whether the products the have selected are intended for the use they intend to give them. If they agree with all this information,  they must click on confirm order and subsequently receive an automatic email with the order summary. 

2.6 - If there is any change, it must be communicated immediately to INOVEI – INOVAÇÃO ECONOMATO E INFORMÁTICA, LDA, via the contact email geral@inoveipro.pt; 

2.7 - In the case of ordering articles that are no longer available for sale, INOVEI – INOVAÇÃO ECONOMATO E INFORMÁTICA, LDA will contact the user via email, to suggest the change to an equivalent article or the suspension of the same article, this decision remains at the user's discretion. 

2.8 - When submitting the order, the User agrees to the Terms and Conditions of Use / Sale. 

 
3 - Prices and Stocks 

3.1 - The prices indicated include VAT at the legal rate in force, and other taxes that may exist on some items (example: Discs, Pens, batteries, Printers,...), unless otherwise indicated. All items presented on the website are subject to stock availability after order confirmation; 

3.2 - INOVEI – INOVAÇÃO ECONOMATO E INFORMÁTICA, LDA reserves the right to cancel the order when there is no stock available, notifying the customer as soon as possible; 

3.3 - If payment has already been made, the customer will be refunded the entire amount received. (Commissions on payments to third parties are non-refundable). Please wait for our order confirmation email to make the respective payment. If payment is not made within 60 minutes, the ordered items will be forfeited; 

4 – Shipping costs – Continental Portugal 

5 – Delivery time 

5.1 – The delivery time for mainland Portugal, after the order has been collected, except for stock outages or delays in carriers, is described as follows:

5.2 – Delivery times to the islands (Azores and Madeira) are subject to consultation; 

5.3– All products presented on the website are subject to stock availability after order confirmation;

7 – Warranty and Returns 

7.1 - Right of withdrawal - all orders placed at INOVEI – INOVAÇÃO ECONOMATO E INFORMÁTICA, LDA have a period of 14 days, from receipt of the product, to make an exchange or return. 

7.2 - In the case of a return due to the Customer's error, the Customer may request a refund of the purchase amount (but not the shipping costs or fees associated with paying for the same purchase). To request a return, you must send an email to geral@inoveipro.pt and, after authorization from the After-Sales Service, you must proceed in accordance with the information provided by this same service. 

7.3 - The amount will be returned using the same method used for payment, after acceptance and verification of the return by the After-Sales Service. 

7.4 - If the product packaging is open, whether it has been used or not, or without its original packaging, an exchange will not be accepted. 

7.5 - In the event of product malfunctions, the Sales Guarantee conditions mentioned below will apply. 

Guarantee of compatible consumables 

Compatible consumables sold at INOVEI – INOVAÇÃO ECONOMATO E INFORMÁTICA, LDA come with a one-year warranty from receipt of the order. If the consumable fails after installation in the printer or during its first printings, INOVEI – INOVAÇÃO ECONOMATO E INFORMÁTICA, LDA will replace it, but only after the necessary checks have been carried out with the customer. 

To do this, the After-Sales Service must be contacted via email: geral@inoveipro.pt, providing the following information: 

· Invoice No. 

· Printer brand and model 

· Problem description 

· Print proof (whenever possible) 

· Consumables status report (whenever possible) 

After acceptance of the complaint by the After-Sales Service, the return of the damaged material must be made at the customer's expense. If the failure occurs after continuous use of the consumable, no warranty will be offered once 30% or more of this item has been consumed. 

Returns will not be accepted on products whose warranty/security seal is torn, cut or broken, or whose accessories (label[s], plastic accessories, box and others) are not present. 

In case of return, shipping costs will not be refunded. The return will be made through a credit note that will be delivered to the customer after confirming the condition of the returned products and validated upon receipt of the signed and/or stamped duplicate. 

Returns of any products (damaged or under warranty) that are sent to our store will not be accepted. 

Items that have been misused by the customer will not be covered by the warranty or accepted for return. 

Guarantee of original consumables, stationery products, printers and IT material 

All orders placed at INOVEI – INOVAÇÃO ECONOMATO E INFORMÁTICA, LDA have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to make an exchange or return.

8 - Applicable legislation 

All purchases made at INOVEI – INOVAÇÃO ECONOMATO E INFORMÁTICA, LDA are subject to Portuguese legislation. 

Any situation that is not covered in these Conditions of Use/Sales will be analyzed and considered with the customer's interests coming first. 

These Conditions of Use are subject to change without prior notice.
